Olympus zd em 35mm f3.5 macro - thinking of buying it

This is the new lens I am buying..

I don't know much about them.. but what kind of photography is it suited to and is that what you want?

I want it for close ups of flowers and still lifes, and Portraits, it supposed to be a good lens for that sort of photography.

MS, iv looked up on the lens for you and by most accounts its a great lens. It makes a fab macro although it does reach its limits a bit early through the aperture range. The lens also apperently makes for a good portraiture, but i get the feeling, with it being a wider focal, it may have some distortion.
