They have three times said the UK call centre will call back and they haven't. They are continually rude and talk over me. They have offered me a 5% discount next time, but I will never be using them again so this is no good. Last week they agreed if it wasn't here by tues then I could have a refund, but today wouldn't even talk to me. I don't really want to send the rest back though. Does anyone know my rights in this situation?
hi and welcome to the boards. The only advice I can give is for you to follow the same course of action as myself.

First of all send a letter recorded delivery stating the terms of the sales contract and your greivance. Dont forget to point out they are in breach of contract and breaking the law by failing to provide the goods within the time stated on their website. I would then contact trading standards and keep in contact with them as you progress through your compliant. They will give you some good advice. If the company doesn't reply within a deadline set by your self, send a further letter, again recorded delivery, threatening court action. Dont forget if you paid by credit card you may be eligible for the bank to help
recover the costs.

I eventually got my refund through paypal however afterwards they sent me my backdrop and I'm now trying to get them to pick it up as I have not paid for it. 2 months on they have not replied to my request topick it up. Trading standards have advices me throughout and I now have to wait six months before I can dispose of the item.

Goodluck in getting your refund.
