I know that it's just a gallery Jackie, but as I said above, there are multiple reasons why I prefer to look at photos in thread.

O.K. Site Admin has ruled me out of order by linking to an off site album. Since I have no means of editing the post myself I have deleted the offending album so that it is no longer viewable. I will abide by the ruling and NOT post links in the future. However, I just don't have the patience to type in several URL's at a time in order to show multiple images so from now on it will be one image per post. I make no apology for saying that I think this a most unhelpful decision but it's Azz's site and He who pays the piper calls the tune.

I think you're being unfair there NS - it's not about Azz - it's about many of the members - who have said they don't like viewing off site links... the rest of us have the patience to copy and paste our URLs - and so I think if you've not the patience to do that, it's a bit unfair, since many of us have the patience to reply to threads giving critique or offering advice or just saying a shot is good.

Surely, anyone who has concerns about clicking on a link would just ignore it. As for being unfair, I strongly disagree. I qualified my remarks by clearly stating that Azz is perfectly entitled to administer the site as he sees fit just as I am entitled to express an honest opinion.

Yes you are entitled to express an opinion - as we are entitled to express ours At least two members have said in this thread that they don't like clicking links - that's enough for me! I know I can't be bothered to if I'm honest - though I am more than happy to reply to threads, and offer my time to someone who has taken the time to post on the forum in the required manner.

Ok guys - this isn't going anywhere now - I'll remove the thread in a mo as it serves no purpose. And thanks for your understanding NS, it's just one of those things we feel makes the site nicer for everyone else to use (as demonstrated by what the guys above have said)
