I think the fourth one is the best, the thing with flowers is that as a rule it is best to never try to get the whole flower in, close ups on flowers work relly well.

Having the whole flower can work, but it depends on the flower.

When photographing flowers, you tend to be quite close, so no matter what aperture you select, the DoF is always going to be very narrow, so picking the part of the flower that is in focus will make or break the shot.
