Copy work

I posted them on Dogsey a while back (just point and click) but now I've got my tripod I thought i'd have a propper go at doing some 'copy pics' of my artwork. Any tips for doing it ?
Kit 1
Canon 1D Mark 3
Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 L USM
Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM
Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS USM
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
Kit 2

No advice then ? LOL

I'm guessing long exposure with no flash.

Not too long, but long enough to get the exposure accurate. Make sure you stop down your focal length by a couple of stops (they are nearly always sharper when stopped down a little, but don't stop down too far otherwise they might become soft). Also, like you said, don't use a flash

I think its called copy lighting??

You need to evenly light the subject, mount your cam on the tripod, compose, and shoot without the flash
