Can anyone unblur this so its a bit better???

Well have been off on my travels hence my absence!!

Took some terrible photos but it was blowing a gale, snowing at one point and lashing with rain!!

Anyway took these photo of an eagle and it could be anything...does anyone want to take on the challenge of enhancing it and if they succeed telling me how they managed. I have photoshop. As I have a few others that need sharpened up to an 1 I really want to enhance of waves crashing on the shore. Thanks

Will post more photos soon

i think these are quite unrecoverable BZ. Not much can be done to enhance - they are much to out of focus

Blur is hard to recover from, you could try sharpening but as K said, it won't really help much unforutantely.
