The inspiration list
This list is to help inspire people who are having a yucky photo moment , where they think all their pics are rubbish, or need a kick up the bum to take a pic.
Add any ideas you have, that might inspire someone to pick up their camera today

Tell a story in 4 shots
After the rain, get snapping outside after heavy rain
Trees
Take a shot with Mono conversion in mind.
Colour in your cupboard, raid your kitchen cupboards
Hit the streets, try street photography
Change then angle, take a shot at an angle you never normally would.
Self portrait
Textures
Go to the zoo
Take a shot based on your favourite book title or song
Shoot a household object several times, but in total different ways.

A fantastic thread Suzi - one I will probably use a lot! 
I will add some things myself when I'm not having such a dead moment where inspiration is concerned!
Actually - I can add one now - try taking photos of smoke from a cigarette, or incense or a candle! Take the photo against a dark background, and play with the colours in PS - see what you can come up with!

How about, close your eyes and count to ten - then whatever comes into your mind first, go take a photo of it
