They are pretty cute aren't they. The second one looks like he's had all the pies.

I like number 3 best too. I like the composition and lighting.

Sad that they are so grossly overweight. I guess that's what captivity does to them. We are used to seeing them lean, lithe, and in full flight as they cross the roads with complete disregard for the traffic. Even though they are a road hazard we don't like seeing them end up as road kill.

I think this particular place does all they can - theyare completely free roaming - they're just very lazy and choose not to do anything much - they have about 50 acres to free roam in though - hence no bars! I do really like this park, most of the animals are free roaming or only behind low walls (which is good for photos - and for them too!) except the predator types.

Perhaps they were carrying babies? May account for their size, as joeys are HUGE before they make an appearance!

I like 3 the best Laura, looks the sharpest on my screen. I like portrait stuff, that one does it for me!

You could be right about babies - at least one there had a joey with its head popped out - very cute, sadly all the photos I could get of him/her and mum were with leaves in the way, and obv. I didn't want to go too close and scare them.
