Swans - Gulls & A Duck

Over at Bluewater shopping center yesterday. The have a nice size lake with lots of birdies about.

Love the Signet in No8, cute and great capture and the first one made me smile. Shame there wasn't a bit more room for the swan to land on the right, of the second shot. Good mix of different birds and compositions

I was all set up on aperture waiting for the duck to stop scratching it's back in the 1st picture. I was waiting and waiting, right eye through the viewfinder, left eye open in case I seen something on the lake, it was right then the swan came into land, I had a second to go from ap to shutte, swung around to the left and got one shot, that one

Nice shots 1 and 4 are my favourites, but the signet in number 8 is very cute, it seems to look angry
