Peregrine Falcon with a 500 L is and 1.4 converter

Hi took this with a borrowed Canon 500mm L is and a 1.4x converter what a lens and what a weight. The Falcon had some young on a ledge and it was in the tree above the young. The Falcon was looking straight down the lens

This one was taken with my 100-400L

This is the 4 week old chicks taken with my 100-400L

Hope you like them

Hi Ken I was offered a shot of a 1Dmk1V as well. But I left the camera as the price of the lens and camera was £10,000 plus but what a piece of kit.

I may sell my MK 1 Escort Mexico and buy a 1D mk1V and 400 2.8 or 500 F4.
I would get more use from them, than I do the car.
The car is only out on good days and that is not offten in this country.
