Batterys

I thought i would use my fuji Hs10 for the winter months and it takes 4 AA batterys and one thing i hate about this camera is it eats batterys and the rechargeables hardly last 5 minutes .So i have got th Lithium energiser batterys from argos yesterday buy one get one free £7.49 for a pkt of 2 and the camera takes 4 ..And i have to tell you that these batterys used to come in packets of 4 not 2 !!!Thieving money grabbers.I like these batterys so i have no other options but to pay ..

Re: Batterys

These rechargeable batteries are the best I've found... http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/prod...ucts_id=108409

I use to have a Fuji S5800 camera that took 4 AA, trust me, those rechargeable batteries are the best I've found.

They do sell others, but I bought this battery charger for them... http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/prod...ucts_id=105029
Free p&p on everything

If you want to stay with the Energizer Ultimate 4 Pack AA 626264 Lithium Batteries, then they sell them here too (4 pack) £4.14 delivered.... http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/prod...ucts_id=111152

or for the same batteries or Amazon, £4.19 delivered.... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Energizer-Ul...0310186&sr=8-1

Re: Batterys

I cant find it at the mo but some one done a test of batteries and the best ones were from the pound shop where you get 12 for a quid so you get three lots for a pound and for duracell to work out better they would have to last 14 times longer and they dont last twice as long !
weird but true

Re: Batterys

Batteries are the bane of my life - this is why I love my Nikons - their batteries are long lasting and quick to charge <3

Re: Batterys

I know exactly what you are talking about...could only get around 30 photos with the rechargeables on my old HP camera...even the recharged ones ran down while waiting to be put in. Tried Energizer Lithium and will use no others now..not recharageable but last so long I don't care. And I get them in packs of 16 at Sam's or Super Walmarts. My CAnnon takes 4 at a time and I keep at least 8 in my bag. Shirley

Re: Batterys

not all cameras like rechargeables ,normal batteries are 1.5 volts and rechargeables are 1.2 volts ,
4 normal batts = 6 volts
4 rechargeables = 4.8 volts ...25% lower
