Lios-na-cGon Ring Fort

Was rather happy with these - would love a critique! Think the vignetting works well on number one, and rather liked the concept of number two - I especially liked the lush green.

I do prefer your edit - and believe it or not, I was going to do that myself - I had a reason for not doing it - and I can't for the life of me work out what that reason was now!

Re: Lios-na-cGon Ring Fort

Really like he second picture. Great idea for a photo.
I'm on my teeny lappy so I can't see an overall composition, but I did like the way the roof beams led my eyes in. Though didn't like the patches of blue. Maybe you could crop under those and see what its like.
The new crop does balance with the shadow at the bottom now though.

The main focal point of the first photo seems to be a very dark square. I don't know if thats just my screen though. Is it something that could be lightened up? Was it that dark before you added the vignette?

Re: Lios-na-cGon Ring Fort

Mmm - I definitely see what you're saying about the dark square Em... not sure what I can do abotu that, if anything - it was exceptionally dark, and very difficult to expose for for some reason... :/ Hmmm... Don't think it's 'saveable' as such - but I'll go back to the original and see what (if anything) I can do with it!
