photoshoot with my friend's girl :-)

here i did a little phootshoot for a friend to give for father's day and what a day lol! she is a lively little thing so i did struggle with using my 50mm plus running around with my bump lol .
However i am happy with a few shoots here but as the mother had to hold on to her im struggling to clone her hand out
the light wasnt brilliant but the mother is happy with these
tell me what you think ? yes i know it not sharp but i am learning and i will be giving these free as a favour.
i also found it hard to get eye contast from her as i know you need to catch the eyes in the images

p.s can anyone help cloning the hand out on pic 2 & 5 pretty please . im bloody useless lol

please note these images will only be up for a few days .

Re: photoshoot with my friend's girl :-)

Some lovely shots there clairelou. Shots one and two have a bit too much vignetting I think, you can fix that though, I think the third shot has too much background.

My favorite shot would have been number five had it not been for the 'hand' lol

Still, really nice set of images, peope are very hard to do and you have do a really nice job with this little girl.

All the best,
Alan.

Aww they are really cute, quite like the first sort of a 60's feel to it.

Re: photoshoot with my friend's girl :-)

Very nice set of portraits. Great frontal lighting, exposures are nearly perfect. Color saturation extremely good. I started to name the ones I liked best and stopped because they're all good.

Best I can do in the second photo, maybe someone can improve on my effort. Personally I don't think it works without the hand being there it looks wrong

Re: photoshoot with my friend's girl :-)

thank you everyone !
glad you like it ,was worried when no-one comment for a while
so glad she didnt want them in black and white after all as the backgrounds was too fussy .

walker - i like that picture too but she was sitting to a lake and wouldnt sit still lol . mind i do have others with no hand there but looking away

perrodeagua - yes it does reminds me of the 60/70's or like those old school photos background lol i was worried as it may looks old fashion and was hoping for a trendy look but it didnt work like that lol never mind, need to walk before i run
