Here are two very quick edits, they are a lot more subtle, the second one is the same as first but with a little more saturation and slight hue change to lesson the pink/give a slightly more tanned look.
Edit, just noticed the 'spot' on his nose, would have edited that out as well..

The other things I did was, remove the uneven hair on the head, whitened the two front teeth, removed the scar, and removed that shadow. Put a slight blur around the face to draw attention to the main area of the face
