Do use have the timer set on 2 seconds? That will help with any camera shake.

Do not quote me on this though But going back to astrophotography and deep space photography, its hard to punch through atmosphere when stars are twinkling .....
Very interesting. I had no idea. Thanks for sharing! I personally think it's a great shot. Maybe could have been a little more in focus but I also like the separation of the craters and then center.

Hi Dave, i used my remote shutter release, Mark said aliminium tribods can vibrate when shutter released so hopeing for clear sky tonight, so might be the problem

Dont forget you can also use mirror lock as well Cliff, this is supposed to reduce vibration too.

Take about 20 images and stack them in registax. You'll get great detail.

I should of also mentioned Registax too, it would help you, although i prefer Deep sky Stacker but Registax is an okay program
