I was walking down the road and saw a man fishing in the river I took some photos and he turned around to pose for me and fell in.

I wouldn't do that, really. It's taking the pee out of your subject, I think.

Should I?

I broke my knee-cap once , was in ( bright pink) plaster from ankle to 'lady garden' for six weks and i laughed my ass off.

My wife will laugh like a drain if I stubbed my toe, inspire of the fact I'm hopping around in agony. Where as I would not laugh and would be concerned, so I guess it different for some people, what is and isn't funny. We are all different.

I agree Ken. The essence is, though, that street could be named documentary, because what you try to do is record people and their lives, without passing judgement.
