I agree K, it's a PITA, you have to go in with PS and patiently insert the sky colours through the leaves and branches, I've tried the magic wand, it does speed things up a bit but if you overdo it you can always use the history brush, another tip, when editing, do a small section at a time, if you're satisfied with it save the pic (with a different name) then reload and do another section.
