I think it is a good idea but it needs some lighting to bring it to life, it's too flat as it is. It's one of thiose you need to go back to early in the morning or evening when there is a bit of golden sunlight around maybe wet from rain and see what it looks like then. Maybe a bit of treatment with a vignette or soft focus...
