4 flowers

I know the rose and a thistle. Don't know the other two.
Taken with the new camera.

Re: 4 flowers

Thanks eileen. Googled digitalis and foxglove. They look like the same flower to me.

Re: 4 flowers

1 Rose
2 Thistle
3 Ragwort (well, that is what it looks like to me, would be easier to ID if you had a stem and leaf pic, though I know you weren't photographing for ID, so I'll let you off )
4 Foxglove

I like all 4, but the thistle is my fave, so no 2 for me You also managed to capture several noxious plants, some thistle's are poisonous, ragwort is very bad news for grazing animals especially horses, and foxglove, can be lethal.

Good pictures

They are , Eileen was giving you both of it's names, digitalis purpurea is the "proper" name for the Common Foxglove.

Re: 4 flowers

Thanks moon. I know foxgloves are bad news if eaten, didn't have a clue about ragwort.
