You should have a dodge and a burning tool in you menu somewhere.
What are you using to edit the photo? Then perhaps somebody can tell you where to find it?

No I only have photoshop. I may have to upload piccie onto my other computer as I have Photoshop CS2 on there and that should be better!

I'm adding this to show that there is a fare aomunt of detail that can be salvaged.
This is very Quick and Dirty (Q&D) but look at the veck and you will see what I mean.
What size is the original and - you wouldnt happen to have the Raw file by chance?
