Some great sights today

What a great day it's been today. Complete white-out this morning followed by lovely blue sky and frozen ground. Popped out this afternoon and it was fab - low lying mist and freezing fog hanging over the fields and rivers with the hills poking out above against a clear blue sky. Coming back into the village just the rooftops were visible above the mist and the smoke rising from people's chimneys made for another great shot.

or it would have done if I had the camera.

Re: Some great sights today

doh!
we had a lovely view from the school carpark today - trees poking through the mist and the sun just breaking between 2 clouds to the right- would have been a beautiful shot if I had my camera!
