Okay, thanks all for your comments and suggestions. I have thought long and hard over this during the day and, Manquish, you have helped me decide with the feedback from one of the buyers.

Well the CS3 came today and I am happy to report that it is the genuine software. I have installed it and it is up and running, really very happy and at a price that is very afforable.
