Signatures and borders

Guys n' gals - How do I create a consistant signature in CS3 (like Daisy chains logo etc.) that I can just add to my photographs and maybe scale to appropriate size?

Also, how do people generally do their borders in CS3, some peoples are quite intricate with double borders etc.

Your second question is easy to answer use the canvas size option from the image menu and then choose the size, colour and placement to suit you artistic bent, assuming you have an artistic bent.

The first question is answered by saying you make a brush, will let someone with more expertise than I to tell you how.

No a simple signature is not difficult, you just design what it is you want and save it as a brush. I am only not telling you because I have not done it myself but it is not a problem honest and I really must get round to it. Tell you what will have a go to day and then give you a blow by blow account, the only difficult bit is if you want to draw a design as part of it and your drawing ability on a PC is like mine not too accurate.

Yup i make mine as brushes

BC there is a tutorial in the editing group, I think I put one up for someone ages ago. I do mine by making a brush

mine is a brush also, though I tend not to use it too much as its done so much, I feel it can ruin a photo some times.

Hiow stupid of me, i thought a brush was a brush and never thought they would be a signature! Bob, just hold on, many thanks, if I can crack it and have a look I may understand! (Small brain so maybe not... )
