Sold D200 REALLY Fast - should i be dubious?

Iv just put my D200 on ebay about 20 mins ago - it included the my 50mm and field guide. I started bidding at 99p but had a buy it now on there for £500. It sold after 10 mins on buy now!

It was the only listing of around 18 to have buy now and the buyer has 65 feedbacks at 100% the money has gone through to paypal - but im feeling a bit wary!

The package is being sent recorded BTW - Do you think i should be a all over thiso ne and keep an eye on it from start to finish?!

I don't think there is much you can do, if the feedback is 100%, and it has gone through Paypal Sending it by Recorded delivery aswell. I think it will be fine xxx

TBH I have never had a bad Ebay experience, have been considering getting my new Camera body from there.

I am sure everything will be fine xx

How much do they normally go for? If £500 sounds reasonable then it may be ok. Just make sure you follow the paypal protection scheme guidelines!

Yeah they are hovering around that mark - He asked for me to send it to a different addy but iv told him no as that voids the cover from paypal..

Re: Sold D200 REALLY Fast - should i be dubious?

Was going to offer an opinion but it's sent now so good luck and I hope things work out right. £500 is about right, D200's seem to attract about £380-£420 and nifty fifties around 80 so on balance it was about right. Both always seem to sell on the secondhand forums and are in reasonable demand. The D300 is about double the price so still a number of people after a D200.
