Moving with purpose! (Pied Wagtail)

Caught this chap upon leaving Twycross the other week, seemed very determined in his movement!

Kit 1
Canon EOS 7D
Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM
Canon 100-400mm L IS USM.
Canon EF 50mm f/2.5 macro
Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 APO EX DG MACRO HSM II.
Giottos Pro Monopod. MML 3270B.

That's a bird on a mission! nicely exposed too none of the white is at all blown.

Really like the contrast in colour there - works so well! And agree with Moon, well exposed shot!

what makes this a good shot is that it was taken later in the day when the sun was going down and the natural light was spot on. Plus the bird was facing towards the west.

Nice work he does look like he is on a mission doesn't he

I love the angle on this shot, looks like you are quite low to the ground and the lighting is spot on

I was sitting on a bench Sam, so yes fairly low.
