shopping time.....

got £55 jessops vouchers from people at work for my birthday tomorrow.... and i dont know what to spend to spend them on/put towards..... www.jessops.com here i come.

yes...
I rang jessops, and they say they're waiting on the new stock of them arriving in the warehouse as they've sold out. They should have been there on the 24th march, but he says because of the bank holiday, they havent arrived yet... So i guess i'll just have to pop in on my lunch break later in the week.

Sorry if this is a dim question....

Regarding that Nikon 50mm f/1.8 D AF Lens

I know its a fixed focal length but is it a fixed aperture (1.8) as well ?

If not - does the lens aperture read the settings from the camera or is it adjusted manually?
