Re: Bulldog

LOL Z, it was that particular dog not the breed as a whole. But I agree this is not the place for a dog critique.

You have every right to be pleased with the shot it's a cracker.

Re: Bulldog

Lol Jackie! I wouldn't know about the individual! What is wrong with him out of curiosity? Probably best off PMing - as I'm a hypocrite and just said I didn't want this thread turning into that sort of discussion!

Re: Bulldog

If you saw two BB's that are now coming to our club you'd see the difference, they are longer legged, slightly longer muzzle and look really fit. Will have to ask if I can take photo's of them in a couple of weeks time.

I must admit though I do love the breed even with its failings. Glad to see that improvements are now being made though.

Well without even looking for a problem he is far too fat and his eyes eyes are terrible, he should not have red showing like that the eye should be clean and tight and his nails need a trim. And that is according to the old standard I hate to think what we would find if he stood up assuming he can.

Well bred bulldogs should be able to run and play just like any other dog and most one sees at KC show can and do. Sadly they are an expensive breed to buy and the BYBs have jumped on the gravy train and produced dogs like the one you have captured so well.
