Re the image, shame the highs are blown.

I blew them specifically to ensure her face stood out exceptionally well in the towel.

I thought it worked quite well? Anyone else any thoughts?

I would definately like to see the original. I'm with Azz on this, the blown highlights don't work for me. You have captured her face well though

I actually rather like the blown highlights, though I think a little *less* blown may have worked better. I'd love to see the original.

I think the blown highlights are OK as it does bring out the face. That said, it competes for attention because the white pointy hat has become a really strong element of the shot against that dark background.

Great shot though & something I'd like to learn to do better.

Think it a charming shot and I am happy to accept the blown highlights, in this case they would have looked like that anyway with the naked eye and I like the glow that the white towelling gives her face.

Think if I had taken it (and I wish I had) I would be wanting to get rid of the gate on the left and shrub on the right so the background was black or dark against to delightful baby.

Or if you decide you are no so keen on the blown highlight you could make the background white, think this would make a cute and different sort of baby shot but you are the artist so it is up to you how you present your work.
