The Flower Girl

One of some shots I took today, might post some more later, just going through them now.

Any thoughts or comments welcomed

Re: The Flower Girl

Stunning model and great shot.

my only niggle is i would of liked the top of her head in shot.

I would like to see a crop focusing on her eyes.

Re: The Flower Girl

Nice shot Suzi,

It looks very natural, especially with the outdoor light. The subject looks very relaxed too, which adds to the shot.

Thank you Alan x

I like natural shots for kids, especially outside, she looks so relaxed because we had both had a giggling fit

Re: The Flower Girl

You did Tia's eyes thanks xx
how did you do yours, as I have only tried to do that a couple of times and mine have always looked obviously photo shopped.

Re: The Flower Girl

I did her eyes and her skin tone.

Look at your original image - her left cheek is blotchy red. I painted over her skin very quickly and with no real accuracy with Nikon Dfine 2.0 skin filter. I Ctrl + J to add another layer, magic lasso selected her eyes, > image > adjustments > brightness and contrast > Select 'use legacy' - decreased the contrast > blend mode 'luminosity' > flattened the image > save

how long? 5 mins max.

Glad you're pleased.
