Re: Flowers Again (Any Better?)

Thanks guys, was hoping to get my new lens today but it didn't arrive, should be here by 1.00 at the latest tomorrow, yeah!!!

Went out and got some material today which I think adds to the photography.

Re: Flowers Again (Any Better?)

You seem to be steaming ahead Diane, well done indeed. Now you are getting there try some different angels, take the shot as you are now and then turn the flower and try to see it from a different view or move the light and try that.

Macro lens give so many opportunities for experiment and the digital camera allows us to experiment as much as we like whilst the mind is still running. Hope I am not talking gibberish but I find this sort of lens so flexible and exciting to use.

It's actually just the basic lens that comes with the camera, hopefully tomorrow I will have a macro lens, not the best of ones, but hopefully one day

Re: Flowers Again (Any Better?)

IN which case you are doing well, it is difficult to get in really close with a normal lens I thought you were using a macro. Just you wait till you get the Macro you will love it.
