Ghostly Figure

Think the bridge is haunted!!




Not 'shopped, single exposure playing around with rear curtain flash.

Do you know I usually don't spot anything like that but that "ghost" is really visible, looks like they are contemplating jumping! Though it seems to have a shadow and ghosts don't.

Not a reflection, just me

Set flash to rear curtain, so it will fire at the end of the exposure. 5 sec exposure, open the shutter and then run to the place in the shot and wait for the flash and hey presto you get the above!

I remember doing something similar with film SLR

Set the camera so it doesn't wind the film on between shots.

Using a tripod you take one picture then take the second picture with somebody in it.

The two imagess are captured on top of each other on the same neg resulting in a see through person.

Great fun !
