I went for odd composition with this as i wanted her to look like see was just jumping into the frame.
2 x vivitar 285's, one at each side of her and slightly behind. 1 x SB80 in a 28" softbox, boomed to the front.

Lighting is good again 
Not sure whether you get a sense of Jessy jumping into the frame though, maybe because she is holding her pony tails. Her hands need to be free and pony tails too. Still a good photo though
