Re: Snowwhite tree.

Lovely effect! What size filter did you buy? I have been looking for one for my lens, but HOYA don't appear to do that particular filter size

Re: Snowwhite tree.

Thanks GH. The filter is 62mm!!! Iv got a step down ring which allows me to pop it onto my 52mm which is what i used for the picture. Believe it or not, iv had this filter for year and never figured out how to use it properly untill now! LOL The weather was perfect for it today, bright, sunny and calm...

If the weather is the same in the morning i might go out venturing as i took these from our flat

Re: Snowwhite tree.

Thanks for that - ideally I was looking for a 77mm which I could then step down to 72mm, or failing that just a 72mm but HOYA don't appear to do either

No I generally like to stick with HOYA B&W will do at a push I guess.

Thanks for the link. I was looking at the warehouse express site (who have a large HOYA section) and they didn't stock it, so possibly I need to import one.
