Rye House Gatehouse

Rye House Gatehouse was one of the 1st brick built buildings in the country. Its also the place where the Rye house plot took place, or did not take place is more precise, as the attempt to assassinate King Charles II was unsuccessful.

Unfortunately i did not get any good images of the building, this is probably the best one out of a bad bunch, angle could of been better and sky not being white would of been a bonus but i suppose this is what happens when your rushed.....
It needs to be taken at a different angle and to be a little more elevated as well to get the moat in. One for next time i guess

I will be definitely heading out this way again later in the year. If i can get all the elements right it should make a great photo, need to work on that sky for one

I'm no where near a pro mooreish but as I used to live and go to school in Rye House so I know the building well and I also like to help out fellow photographers where I can ...........so bog off hahahahaha
