i had that problem with a jessops flash gun i bought aswell, took it back they replaced it and no problems since.

They will change it for you if you decide to do so, just say you have no faith in the product, besides, the Sigma is more expensive so they be delighted.

Ok, just got back and decided to stick with what i had. Its guaranteed for 2 yrs anyway However i did ge something else while i was out..

Sorry to hear it broke on the first day! Glad they replaced it for you though

I have a flash gun that I don't use anywhere near enough - I should really start to use it more.

It happens. Just one of those things! Im enjoying playing around with it at the mo, just trying to figure out settings, angles ect.....
