Dream Lens - what's yours?

Which lens do you dream of that you know you can't have (well, not unless you work/save really hard or win the lottery! )

I think I would quite like the Nikon AF-S 200mm f/2G ED-IF VR @ £2359.00

Just look how far it pushed the D40!:

The 1200mm f5.6L looks a dream although at a mere $89,579.00 I can see why only a few in the world exist!!

Re: Dream Lens - what's yours?

lol GH! You need to rob a bank for that!

Bazza, they are just hotlinked - generally, sites that don't want to allow hotlinking add one line of code in the config file on their server that prevents people from doing so. It's generally accepted that if you add a link to the source page, and the image hotlinks, the owners weren't/wouldn't be too bothered (as otherwise they would have prevented it by adding that one simple line of code). (So long as it's posted on a forum anyway, but not 'part' of say a design or something where you could expect to be charged to use it). If they wanted us to remove them we would, but would also remove the link to their page.

Jols

You have to be so careful these days about everything, what with the American system of " where there is blame there is a claim" attitude now in this country.

Even in my own line of work rules and regulations have tightened up considerably, some good some absolutely stupid. So much so that before you do anything now you have to double check first.
