Re: My daughters photos have "disappeared off her camera" please help?

I am in the middle of running some other software. ZAR 8.4. It is now post processing files but is very slow. I think it will take all night so I will let you all know tomorrow how I get on.

Re: My daughters photos have "disappeared off her camera" please help?

does anyone know how to turn off the automatic update that my laptop does every night. I am running some photo retrieval software that won't have finished and my laptop will switch off automatically after the update....

Try looking in the " help and support" program on your laptop.

Re: My daughters photos have "disappeared off her camera" please help?

Well the software did find some more hidden files so I would recommend it to others but only pics that had been deleted prior to her trip.On the positive side I have learned how to do it in case of emergency for the future. It must have been the card itself at error which is a real bummer........
