DJ - Do you ever use this lens wide open? I was just lookin at the EXIF data (thanks Bazza 
) and the aperture ranges from f2.5 - f5. Is it very soft wide open?

I've not noticed any loss in image sharpness shooting wide open

I think it'll be cheaper in other parts of Europe Tullika - the UK is known to be a rip off!!
