Good camera I used to have one with the 18-70mm lens as part of the kit. One of the reasons for the price is the 6 meg pix. Most cameras or should I say photographers are now going for 10meg pix upwards. still it is an excellent camera and you will have hours of happy snapping with it.

the 18-70mm is the lens i had as part of the kit too! only thing is as it was ex- display there was no instruction with it will have to get my big sis to give me a few lessons

Book on the D70s well worth the money

i had that book when I had a D70s. Nikon books I tend to find you have to jump from one page to another to find the answer. I think you will find it a bit easier in the book, when I had my camera the book price was £18 so you got a bargain there.
