Whipsnade Pt2

1 & 2 : Oryx

3 : Red River Hog

4 : Rudolph

5 : A lonesome Wallaby

6 : White Rhino

7 : Grevy`s Zebra

These are just some of the animals that are residents at Whipsnade, there are plenty more species that i did not manage to capture, like the Lynx, Wolverines, The Sloth - Was moving too fast to capture it , and the Bongo`s. Bongos are lovely creatures, 1st set eyes on these over in Florida back in 2003. Other species, Tigers, Lions, Cheetahs and Chimps seemed to be a little camera shy so never managed to get any clear shots of them, i suppose this is where a bigger lens would come in nicely

Well thats it for this section, onto some of Whipsnades birds next.

Re: Whipsnade Pt2

Thankyou again It was my 1st time at Whipsnade, but we have driven past there many times, quite a few Wallabies could be seen on the hillside at a distance, but this is the only one that we came across yesterday, we did however miss out of seeing a lot of animals so they may of been elsewhere, just that this one seemed to be in a pen all alone.

Re: Whipsnade Pt2

A bit of a poser i think he was, he was happy eating his food, once he seen me with the camera that was it, did`nt stop striking a pose. Unfortunate we did not get to see any more wallabies, apparently there are 2 or 3 white wallabies there at the moment that belong to the Queen
