Still waiting....

...for my refund! Rang them to day and they have no record of my request to cancel!

I effin new knew they would do this!!!! She has now said they will be in at the end of the week!! so a 24hr delivery now would be a 336hr one instead!! I said its no good to me now, iv lost faith in them and i want MY MONEY!!! I was told then, she would have to speak to her supervisor and they will send me an email

That really is shocking!! funny how they never have a record of your request!! I've had it with Virgin Media before too where i complained about not being able to recieve on demand and stuff, phoned them back a month later and they had no record of it!! seems to be the norm now days!!

Im going to give them untill 12 Sammy then its back on the phone with a threat of trading standards and then ill be onto paypal. I cant believe that their website STILL says instock!!

I find it funny that they have no record, cosidering i sent them an email after the phone conversation confirming what was said and that i wanted my money back.

I think if you were dealing face to face then the problem wouldnt be so bad.....
