Does anyone have any experience of Panasonic Lumix DMC G3
Any views on this kit, Panasonic Lumix DMC-G3 Black with 14-42mm and 45-200mm Lenses?

No sorry Richard I've not, but from what I have heard from a couple of friend that have Pana cameras, they are in general very well designed and work well.

I use one. A very versatile little camera, stills and video, 2x crop factor, 4/3rds system, plenty of lenses to choose from. I have, 25mm f1.4 Leica summilux, Panny 14-140mm and 100-300mm. One downside note, none of this gear is weather sealed.
