Typical stupid Afghans. When you have a short coat you can fly.

Re: At the dog track ( Afghan style )

PS - Why is this in general photography chat? It should be in one of the 'Your Photos' categories.

Re: At the dog track ( Afghan style )

Because I don't think members are so likely to view there but they are in general photography.
Under "our photographs"it only puts up the latest posting whichever catagory, it would be far far better to display latest postings in each catagory . If more than one posting is put here at the same time only the last one shows, so any other posting WILL get missed.

So i would be grateful if you would put the pictures back where I place them. thank you

Great shots Bazza.

I've always had a soft spot for Afghans. There's something about that hair when they move.

Re: At the dog track ( Afghan style )

They won't get missed - nobody else's does so why would yours?

Please post them in the appropriate sections - right now that is the Your Photo's sections for showing off your photos.

The only time there would be an exception to the rule is if someone was posting in one of the brand-specific categories to show off pictures of that brand's camera, or when asking a particular question about something in the picture (eg a P&S/DSLR camera related problem, and a picture needed to be posted to help demonstrate the problem).

The sections are created for a good reason - that is to help categorise threads so it's easier for people to navigate the site to find what they're looking for, quickly and easily. If we wanted chaos we'd just have one section

Thanks for your understanding - also, the only reason I brought it up in the thread is because I have seen it happen on a number of occasions.

Re: At the dog track ( Afghan style )

Great shots Bazz.

It surprises people just how large and swift these animals are. I certainly would not like to be chased by one

I don't know about others, but when I visit the sight I click on "Latest" and that gives me a list of all posts that have been added or updated so if you put an image in the "Our Photographs" it will show up every time a comment is added and when you first upload it.
