15 Minute Meals!
Put some healthy oven chips on, come back 15 minutes into the time and:
> Chop onions
> Fry onions in Olive Oil
> When almost done, chop and add some garlic
> Optional > add some Peri Peri Relish from M&S (healthier without)
> cook for a further 5 minutes
> Mix two (organic!!) eggs per person then add to frying pan
> Cook a little for the bottom to get cooked and then
> Cook the top under a grill
Presto!
