Blue skies and Cacti

365 Days/Day7

Wohoo, one week down! Seriously, enjoying it so far....

As I mentioned in a previous post, my horticultural skills are zilch, useless, I kill most plants except Orchids and these guys, Cacti.

I just love them, all their different shapes and structures, so many varieties. Unfortunately, mine aren't so impressive, infact ,compared to these, they are rather pathetic, maybe take a shot of them for a future 365 day.

Love S x

Thanks for looking x

Re: Blue skies and Cacti

I love this photo - so much going on, yet for me it's not too busy - it just keeps my eye moving around the photo - and I always find something new to look at.

Gorgeous.

Re: Blue skies and Cacti

Thanks guys, sorry about the story, posted straight from my blog

It's at the NC Zoo Eileen, they have an excellent Biosphere, with plants and animals from the Sonoran Desert. We have friends near Phoenix, so the "real thing" is on our list to do, probably not till next year though, so will have to keep practising here
