That is how we built up our business by word of mouth mainly, and by keeping Dawn on as our manageress clients knew the standard we were to keep and improve upon.
Always keep in mind that word of mouth can also do the opposite and ruin your business, so treat every client as if they were your first. It is all to easy to get complaicent and let standards slip, then suddenly you find your enterpise is no more.
