It's a different guitar shot albeit similar to the other one but with a piano shot and some guitar tab sheet music added.

Not sure if it's obvious or not but I masked the piano & music layers from crossing in front of the main hand as I wanted that up front.
I then 'pinched' the piano/music layers so the hand kind of squeezed them in.
