New lenses
After selling my cropped lenses I've been limited for the last month or so to either the 100-400mm or 50mm lens.
I've now gone and got 17-40mm and 24-105mm lenses so (now I'm driving again) I can at long last look forward to getting out and about after Christmas doing some landscapes again

That some nice glass Phil, I've got the 24-105L and have always been very pleased with it's performance, although it has just started to develop an intermittent IS problem.
The 17-40L is another very sharp lens.
Look forward to seeing some results from them

Phil I have the same lenses 17-40L very sharp, 24-105L is I tend not to use this as much as the 17-40, and the 100-400L is I use this a lot.
and my 50mm F1.8 MK1 never used. Great choice in lenses
