I'm looking for feedback on this picture please

It is straight from the camera. I'd like to know what you think, and what you would do with it i.e. photoshop, crop etc. Please feel free to have a play with it

Re: Polperro harbour

I see you used 18mm, pity you couldn't go down to say 10 mm or done a panoramic shoot of 3 pictures then stitched and cropped. Nothing wrong with the picture as such, in fact very nice, but maybe a wider view would look better ????? then the pathway on the right would have lead the eye towards the distance more. Oh heck what do I know anyway.

Re: Polperro harbour

Generally speaking, I find that most images "Straight out of camera" can be adjusted to make them look better. O.K., so let's nit pick. 0.5 of a degree doesn't sound like anything to bother about but that's all it took to make it level and to my eye has improved the perspective. The shadow/highlight filter is a great PS tool and here it has been used to bring out more detail in the trees with a smidgeon of sharpening to round it off.

Re: Polperro harbour

I agree with a slight shift of horizon - but I like the way you have nice curves and lines leading the eye into the picture. I'd probably crop out the little bit of pier you can see.
