Which bit is the canal?



this is from my walk in the snow on Sunday.

Nikon D60
Nikkor 18-55mm vr

almost Em. the only places it wasnt frozen were the locks, where the water was moving and near the bridge where i sheltered to get the other canal picture. theres an overflow there to the river that runs at the side of the canal. its not easily accessible though, especially in the snow. that wasnt frozen over.
